With its pale gold color and lime highlights, this wine offers an explosion of citrus and peppery aromas on the nose. On the palate, it reveals intense notes of zesty citrus (Menton lemon) that explode with notes of pepper and ginger.

Food and wine pairing : It's best enjoyed at brunch or as an aperitif, but not only. Its freshness calls to the ocean: it's the perfect accompaniment to sea urchins or oysters. On the meat side, its liveliness complements the duck en croute with corn flakes, aniseed carrots and herb coulis served at the estate restaurant.
