OUR TASTING ROOM

Ultimate Provence curates four Côtes-de-Provence wines: UP Rosé, UP Rouge, UP Blanc and UP Origin rosé. Our iconic UP Rosé wine is available in four formats – 75 cl, 150 cl (Magnum), 300 cl (Jeroboam) and 600 cl (Methuselah). Our bottles are designed to reflect the estate’s unique DNA, with a sleek, original and modern silhouette that exalts each wine. Transparent and without a label, our beautiful bottles are adorned with elegant vertical ribbing unveiling the UP logo.

Provence’s offbeat lifestyle as imagined by UP I Ultimate Provence dazzles the world’s most beautiful establishments through our wines, which can be savoured at the Blue Marlin, Ushuaia Hotel and Coco Beach beach restaurants in Ibiza, Stefano in Saint-Tropez and Nuit Blanche evenings at Beau Rivage Beach in Nice, together with such prestigious venues as the Jacky’O in Mykonos, Nikki Beach Dubai, Mondrian Hotel, Raffles hotels and London’s Opium, St Martins Lane and Toy Room.

Guests enjoy a choice of tasting venues: at the bar in the company of our sommeliers, or in the mezzanine VIP area, perfect for small groups. Welcome to a casual, carefree wine experience!

OUR WINES, AN EXPRESSION OF PROVENCE

Set amid magnificent wild, mineral scenery, at the heart of France’s largest nature reserve, the UP terroir spans 114 acres of AOP Côtes de Provence vines, currently in-conversion to organic growing, producing delicate, expressive wines curated by our winegrowers. The Syrah grape variety flourishes here.

UP produces vibrant Côtes de Provence red, white and rosé wines dressed in signature bottles… Available in a range of sizes from the classic 75 cl to the 6-litre Methuselah, our iconic and seductively-refreshing UP Rosé exhales a delicious palette of aromas and flavours. Our wines are made for sharing. By day. By night.

Its vibrant pale pink robe flecked with copper never fails to seduce. The UP rosé exhales an intense palette of aromas, with successive notes of fresh lemon and exotic fruit combined with flaunty florals embodying the vineyard’s audacious image. This unexpected rosé reveals all in the mouth, with an explosion of freshness underlined with spicy white pepper.

Food & wine pairing: What does UP like most? Daring fusion cuisine. The dream partner to a few king prawns sautéed with fresh basil or simple carpaccio of raw and cooked tomatoes.

With its pale gold robe tinted with lime green, this wine promises an explosion of citrus aromas with a dash of pepper. Intense notes of zesty citrus (Menton lemon) burst into a symphony of pepper and ginger on the palate.

Food & wine pairing: A perfect brunch or Happy Hour drink but not only… UP Blanc calls for the sea. Magnificent with sea urchins and oysters, but vivacious enough to uphold our Chef’s duck in a cornflake crust with aniseed-scented carrots and a herb coulis.
