Chef James Chauchat-Rozier recently joined the Ultimate Provence hotel team, thanks to a chance meeting with hotel manager Julien Dura. His exceptional career in the world of gastronomy began at Le Belvédère restaurant in Porto-Vecchio, where he forged the foundations of his art, rooted in the Mediterranean tradition.
